Almost right. The problem is, that when it's Autumn arctic foxes don't stop eating cuz of instincts they just don't feel stuffed , zoo keeper feed them very well, ignoring that, they try to get even more food from the visitors, and get it. popcorn and white bread and etc... So, they get much more fat then they need, and that's why this on is sooooooooo unnormaly fat!

They should indeed. But I guess, it's tradition. You see, in 90th there wore awful poorness and even zoo animals were dieing from starvation. So it was like act of good will and kindness to go to the zoo to feed poor animals. Of course now it's more damage then something good, but...

here, the housewives as they fed the stray cats,they also fed...the tigers!!!cz the poor animals starved to death!!

It's normal. In every age there are rises of morally and mentally and then it goes down, to rise again latter. Also, It's not profitable if people will be cleaver, they wouldn't buy tons of shit that they don't need.
