Chibiusa (Small Lady), of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, decked out in the princess dress she wears in the manga. As usual, this was drawn by hand, coloured in PSP7, yadda yadda yadda. Pose from Vol.18 of the Sailor Moon manga. I really like the way Luna-P's eyes turned out.
