Hey, hope you don't mind a little criticism but you should really look into colouring Bulma's outfit with a gradient color scheme. What you got right now is pretty flat and it's kind of hard to tell where her torso and legs are on the piece. Using different shades of dark greys to indicate where light and shadow sit on her body, will help out big time in defining the different sections of her body. For example: using a moderate dark grey where direct light would be foucused on her outfit while using darker shades of dark grey as the body curves away from the direct light and using pure black to indicate areas completely devoid of light.
I also think it would be a big help if you foucus your picture's lightsource from one direction. This is a pretty common mistake made by artists, hell even I've made that mistake. Here's a pro tip, picture a lamp, the sun, or some other source of light shining outside the boundaries of your screen you'll want to use that imaginary light source as a guide to determine what part of her body should be in direct light, completely in shadow and the gradient colors used to show the curvature of the body.
Other than that i really like how well Bulma is drawn. You did an excellent job drawing her in the art style of the show. And my favorite parts have to be her hands and feet which are drawn very well. The only thing I'd suggest changing is making her eyes a little larger since DBZ characters are known to have larger eyes.
Hope that helps. = )
