Fem!Russia.The black stuff I guess you could say is her 2p form or something, since I love her 2p version. that also explains why that button is red. But I tried to make her outfit look like a mixture of Fem!Russia and 2p!Fem!Russia.
But I hope those roses look like roses, I'm not good with drawing flowers
