JadenTaiyou - small edits means something like..u can change skin color..edit faces..add elf ears...reduze the breasts or make bigger

I've only been meaning to use this base forever...and now I finally have something I REALLY want to doll on it..but I have a question..
It says only small edits are allowed..but I wanted to know if I could change the faces and a little of the shading to match my style a little more?
