Welp, this took a lot longer than planned. But in my defence, I've been busy with all sorts of other things lately, hence my silence over the past few weeks. Hopefully normal service will resume now.....famous last words, right?

I really like how you turned EDI into a more human character. she's wearing a uniform, saying that she considers herself a crew member and assumingly so does everyone else. also this may not be what you were trying to portray, but i see it as EDI deciding to read to sam from a datapad instead of from her memory banks, again making her more human. while a side feature, this definitely makes this scene that much better. love it.

Perverse is not a meaningful word. It's a negative connotation on sexual, but what's perverse changes from place to place and year to year. The reality is that the only objective way to define perverse, is to define it as having an unwilling party.Β
EDI has a cannon pairing, and if this is perverse, so is EDI with Joker. If you are bothered by the idea of dating a robot in general, then you have a problem with EDI, and it's strange that you would follow ME at all. I mean, EDI's more Human than a Krogan, Turian, or Hanar.Β
At the end of the day, it's just bigotry toward a fantasy sexual orientation. Take it elsewhere.Β

This pairing makes sense. Truth be told, it gets more allusion to it than the canon pairing. (BioWare's been doing that lately. I see a very clear allusion to Bethany and Isabela if Hawke is a non-mage and Bela isn't romanced, yet the canon spare-pairing is... Bela and ... FENRIS. I don't get it.)
Either of them are a very strange type of 'mixed', though... mixed-emotional-state. (To a greater degree than my Asperger's-lite self with 'normal' humans, too, because EDI doesn't have _human_ emotions, does she? It seems established that she's going by something entirely different... which oddly enough is my default status, "I want to make people happy, particularly those I care about". How I go about it... is very much trial and error. This could be relevant to EDI, as well.)

Sometimes when I complement someone, the words don't feel like enough...this is definitely a time like that, when I say your work is beautiful! Samantha looks angelic, and EDI's flat-out amazing...and wearing a Navy short-sleeve uni? She looks great! The pure mood of the scene is perfect. This image embodies science fiction in so many ways, and yes, it's sexy as hell!
