Here we have the toxic being of the Ghost World.Toxic hazard.
Mr. Morris Thelmer was once a worker at the Karloff chemical plant. While inspecting the toxic levels of a waste lot, a clumsy human/Yokai girl and her cousin from another dimension, ended up accidentally knocking him down in the lot. Soon Morris was never the same again, he came out as a horrible toxic monster called Toxic Hazard.
After his defeat, Toxic Hazard is recruited by King Boo and Captain Skull in their cause to take down the Cooper brothers. and as with others, Toxic Hazard was also sent to Monsterville to kill Thomas Cooper.
