Artemis is very serious and very quiet; it's rare to see her even crack a smile. She arrived from the fog with severe injuries to her Psychic organs. Sophie discovered her near-lifeless body and rushed her to the small cottage she shares with Evelyn. Her organs have healed since then, but the scars remain gruesome so she keeps them bandaged.
She claims she can remember several points of her past life, but is very tight-lipped about it. Although let it slip once she was a powerful Psychic-type before her accident. Since then, Shiloh attached herself to her in hopes that she could learn from her. Artemis agreed on the grounds that doing so would help to repay the debt she owes to her rescuers.
Although her Psychic organs are severely damaged, she can still use them in small doses; she can lift light objects, and even muster up a Psychic in an emergency (though it is only a fraction of a Meowstic's power and causes her pain). Her injuries also affected her Special Attack in general.

Shiloh - Fennekin
Gender: female
Age: teenager
Nature: Naive
Trait: Highly curious
Ability: Blaze
Moveset: Ember, Attract, Psybeam, Light Screen

Shiloh is in rush to evolve and become the most powerful Psychic-type in the region. She is constantly reading about Psychic-type pokemon, moves, strategies, etc, along with other types. Although she is very book-smart, she has difficulty implementing what she's learned into real situations.
As a kit, she was left on the Evelyn and Sophie's doorstep with a note near her. Both 'mons immediately took in the young Fennekin and became her foster mothers.
After learning Artemis was once a strong Psychic-type, she begged her to be her apprentice. Artemis agreed, but told her she would have to evolve before she could really teach her.
Shiloh is convinced Artemis will one day regain her Psychic abilities.
