Wah how cool! I really love the selective/painted lineart style, it is just the right mix between painterly and defined that really makes characters pop. Good job focusing the viewer on the character's face with contrasting colors and sharp lines. <:

I love painting in this style too, it's a lot more fun than doing lineart then color, I tend to do the lineart last for this kind of art!

Oh, interesting! I always find myself itching to get past the lineart stage and jump straight into coloring, so maybe I'll have to give that a shot at some point.
