(Full Title, couldn’t put because of title issues: The Daughter and the Dreamer’s Assistant)Oh did I mention I’ve played this a few years ago?
Or rather, got past Crystal Peaks and then went to go watch someone play through it instead, that game is HARD.
However, recently I’ve been playing it over again because of Silksong’s possible release, and dug through the fandom to intentionally spoil it for myself because that’s how I get into games apparently.
Quirrel is MY BABY AND I DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE, NEW NEWS.
(even if I can’t find him half the time.)
Anyway, the title is already a little spoilery, but a little bit of intense spoilers here:
My headcanon was that during the brief overlap in which Monomon and Herrah weren’t dreamers and Hornet was alive, she would have been at least casual friends with Quirrel, who Monomon tended acted more like Monomom around, accidentally or not.
After Monomon and Herrah became Dreamers, Quirrel and Hornet spent a bit of time together coping before going their separate ways.
And I tried to memorise the overgrown stone bench because that is one of my favorite spots in Greenpath besides Hornet’s boss room.
