(Not canon to Shattered Souls, don’t worry XD)I dreamt about this a few days ago, that Gaster, without a proper existence in the Underground, was fading away, and Papyrus gave up his body so that Gaster could live. Papyrus died because a soul can’t exist by itself, and Gaster was left to live in Papyrus’s place.
