the three bosses of the Heavens Cafe Wheeeee~~~~~ I gotta sketch up the uniforms....;;>:U 3 days to finish dammit!! 3 Days!!!! but its worth it I guess ;u;.......
I just really love how I did the background it looks so real somewhat~ I should be doing more BG practice for now on...

Pros:
I love the cherry blossoms in the background. The use of texture on the walls is perfect. The character designs are adorable. And i really like that half anime style. This is really good! You did great c: I really love your style.
Cons:
The texture on the pans on the blond person doesn't really fit in. Its to straight. Try to make the texture bend under the curves of the pants. (this is my problem with drawing checkered patterns on clothing).
The bows on the aprons look more like wings then bows. Just go with a little knot. The plate the blond is holding doesn't look like a plate. its to flat. Here is an example you can use next time when drawing it [link]
And the tables look very unstable it seems like they are going to fall any moment. Use this [link]
Overall the picture looks great xD You can;t really see the small ticks i pointed out.

you are definitely right about the plate and tables I could try to work out on making the depth of the dish more realistic. and for the table I shall study some perspective to make the furniture seem more stable than how they are. And as for the winged looking ribbons that was actually on purpose. Since the name had "heaven" in it I purposely made the ribbons look more like wings just so the something in the uniform matched with the theme.

ITS AMAZING!Well um I've seen the speedpaint and it's truly amazing.I like all the uniforms and the...the.....whole THING is amazing!I noticed the cherry blossom trees outside of the windows so it makes a good feature to the Cafe.Just the way you drew this is really epic.I love all the details you put in.Even I cant do that.(Since all I have is paint.)The background is just amazing.Its soooooooo pretty!You did a nice job with the background to make it look realistic!I could never shade like that.This is epic,cool,awesome,and just totally rocks!All the characters look cute too!Its simply amazing for people to make this kind of stuff.
