You shouldn't feel dumb. I always try to reproduce what I see but when I " cheat" I try to make it look real. I am not more an artist than a documentalist. The image must be convincing. Anyway the moon is often a boring cliche. If you have a good telescope you can get the same image every time :}

Quand elles se lèvent en général, elles paraissent toujours énormes et en plus, on est près en ce moment effectivement ! bravo de l'avoir capturée en tout cas
