This was sort of an assignment I did near the end of the last school year. My drawing teacher had us all go out to the park blocks and draw different plants. Then we went back and he told us to use the composition of the plants we chose and draw something different. Well, I drew some sort of bell-flower type thing, and inner-dialogued to myself,"Well, whats the first thing I think of when I look at this?" "Baby pods."
"...Okay."
I thought about having a hand reaching out to pluck them, but that would've seemed to political. Which this drawing is not. I just like drawing fetuses.

How did your instructor react?
I did something similar as a year end project for a drawing class in 2007 and half the class thought I was deranged. We had to do something surreal so I did a lamp with an embryo in the bulb in chalk pastels.
I like the more organic feeling of yours though and your color choices are fab.

They do kinda look like some kind of yummy baby..

Some think they grow from cabbages, but NO! They grow on VINES D=<

And some think they're delivered by storks, but they too are wrong! VINES!! They all come frome vines!
