Portia Butterfly is the 20th Queen of Mewni and the daughter of Amalthea Butterfly. The name "Portia" is derived from a moon of the planet Uranus, which was in turn named after a character from one of Shakespeare's plays. Portia inherited her mother's mellow and non-confrontational personality, she wasn't fond of conflicts and would prefer to resolve them by talking over fighting. However, she was also very strict when it came to following the rules, since she wanted everyone to be the best they could be for her legacy. Her extreme perfectionism did cause some problems for her every now and then, but everything at it's time.Β
Her royal alias is "the Diplomat".

Mina is based on Sailor Moon, I think. So is Star's Mewberty transformation. Daron seems to take a lot of inspiration from anime which is cool ^w^
