The way you make the anatomy so delicate is great, he looks like a cute little kitty! n__n;; Ouu and his curly tail is marvelous. Ahh I really love the spots and that lineart really does blow me away, it's amazing how much you've improved, and so quickly too.
The background is done in such a nice style, I love the splashes from the waterfall, and the lush green colours used for the bushes and grass are brilliant, and that sunray is such a perfect addition, ahh I love you <333333
