This is a beautiful piece of artwork, I love the background, the colouring, the shading...Everything ;w;

Nice work, I actually like the background. Great work on the lighting and shading too, not an easy feat on a white-colored creature. Though I'd say the feathers could use a liitle more detailing. I have trouble telling if the creature is furred or feathered.

Furfeathers? I't be fine if one half of it's body had fur and the other feathers, after all, that's how it went down in the myth.

Yeah, that probably would have made more sense, I think I'll do that next time. Old myths are often pretty interesting, been a long time since I last really looked into any though. ^-^

It's a hippogriff. Like Buckbeak from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban... I can't help the comparison, I'm a HP fan XD

Ohlol, I've read all the books but I can't remember half of it. xD
Now that I think of it, there actually were flying horse-birdies! Amfg, I partially feel very smart and also very stupid at the same time...

Pft, omg. I can't even remember enough to ask any usable questions. xD I should read them again some time, the books were pretty good.

Mmhm. I agree full-heartedly. The books covered more in the plot. The movies were good, but they cut out some extremely small scenes that were sorts of keys to some small mysteries, such as how Rita Skeeter actually got some of her information in The Goblet of Fire.

Exactly, same goes for the halfblood prince; The fact that it was Snape didn't really have that much influence on the plot in the movie, while it did in the book. (Well look at that, I actually remembered something xD)
