wanted to do a Celty fan art so i did. simple as that.sketched in pencil, scanned and digitally painted in Photoshop.thanks to for the texture :thumb50400940: [link] i used in this image. the background was composed with a photo of Ikebukuro cause i was to lazy to paint it from scratch
