Okay look I know it's just Majesty with a fancy new mane that I might not even use but I have a TOTALLY GOOD REASON as to why this is a seperate post and not an update! It's high time I explain Majesty's deal in the Dancerverse, and I needed a pretty face to attract people to the description. >:UAnd I'll explain in the roughest way possible, through a whole bunch of messages I sent my internet penpal.
(Prepare for a lot of grammatical errors)
Majesty's whole schtick is Justice, as oppose to Starlight's Equality.
When Moondancer and friends find her, she isn't running a cult.
Nay, she's building a Kingdom from the ground up.
And it's going pretty well.
Because damn is everyone afraid of her.
Those aren't statues near the walls.
So Moondancer and friends stay in Majesty's mini-kingdom for a while to investigate
When they confirm that yeah, this mare is pretty fudged up, they move to stop her.
And then it pretty much goes the way of the normal universe episode.
The civillians get to help out, yaaay.
Majesty makes a grand escape, disappearing until the finale.
Timeskip 20-or-so-episodes ahead
okay so you know how theres an episode called "Twilight's Kingdom"
Moondancer's equivalent is, duh, Moondancer's Kingdom
But the two-part finale for the Dancerverse's season 6 is "Majesty's Kingdom"
a sort of way for her to mock moondancer
okay SO IT STARTS OUT WITH
majesty appearing in moondancer's yggdrasil
she has a yggdrasil instead of a crystal tree palace shut up
appearing with an altered time-traveling spell and interfaces it with the magical map!
and the map takes her, moondancer, and dipper into another timeline
now this is where it diverges from the cannon
by like
a lot
instead of hopping from one timeline to another
moondancer and dipper and up in one big alternate timeline
where majesty is now high queen of equestria, instead of flurry heart
as it turns out majesty had gone back in time and asserted herself as queen
she uses an alternative method to defeat mournful frost and has turned flurry heart into stone
plus she has taken extra measures to make sure king sombra doesnt awaken from his own stone prison
also made sure to tear apart moondancer's friends
so when moondancer arrives she is like
politely invited to tea at majesty's new palace
which is built right next to a ruined crystal empire
and over tea majesty basically tells moondancer that it was for the greater good that she does this
and just shoos her away afterwards
but moondancer is not a pone to give up!!
through magical shenanigans she steals king sombra's statue and legs it outta' there with nobody noticing
so like she forcibly breaks the seal on sombra and he's all
"MUAHAHAHAHA I RETURN"
"yeah sorry dude somebody already took over equestria so you gotta help me take her down"
basically their conversation
"girl why should I help yous??"
"because bro i come from a timeline where you and flurry are like totes besties again!"
and to prove it she shows him her memories
and hes like
"oh shiz dude ill help"
"gotta promise youll tell flurry to make me alicorn tho"
SO LIKE
moondancer and sombra help stir the already-brewing rebellion
since majesty is just as scary as she was with her mini-kingdom
and its there that moondancer learns that majesty turned her friends, plus flurry and celestia into stone
but they know of their whereabouts so she can save them!!
so moondancer builds their forces and frees her friends one by one!
by the time they rescue celestia moondancer realises luna is nowhere to be seen
and then it hits her
the midnight castle hadnt resurfaced yet
so she predicts when king discord will return with the castle and plans her attack based on that timeframe
>waiting happens
AND BAM THE MIDNIGHT CASTLE SLAMS BACK DOWN TO EQUESTRIA
with this serpentine dragon of chaos writhing through the skeis
skeis
SKIES
KING DISCORD DID NOT GO SKIING OKAY
THIS GUY IS MORE ANARCHY AND DESTRUCTION TYPE CHAOS
SO WOOSH THE PLAN GOES
flurry heart, sombra and celestia go to make sure discord doesnt get too close to majesty's palace, dream castle, but just close enough that majesty's forces have to deal with him too
and its basically a war on two fronts for majesty
chaos beast on one side and angry rebellion on the other
SO IN ONE GRAND FEAT OF MAGIC
MAJESTY RIPS DREAM CASTLE FROM THE GROUND AND HOLDS IT UP INTO THE SKY
which seperates moondancer and dipper from their friends
SO NOW ITS THE FINAL BAAATTLE
A magically-enhanced Majesty versus a very peeved Moondancer!
and it looks like majesty is winning when suddenly the enitre castle shakes
a super-attack launched by both flurry heart and sombra
(mind you, flurry heart was the one who killed discord 1000+ years ago)
and like majesty's grip on the castle falters
and it starts falling
and they both panic because oh sheet thats gonna kill a lot of people
and moondancer could just very easily fly off with dipper and leave majesty to die under the stones of her own castle
but no
moondancer stays and butts in with he own magic
holding up the castle and slowing its decent
and yeah majesty gets hit over the with some rubble or something and gets knocked out
when she wakes up its a little after the battle
discord is gone, celestia and luna had reuinited the element of harmony offscreen
"You saved me... Why?"
"I had to, Majesty. I know you would too. You're not evil."
"But- everything I did to you! How could you possibly just-- it wasn't just!"
"There's only one thing I have to ask: why?"
and then its BACKSTORY TIME
so yeah majesty isnt spiteful over a really stupid childhood incident
she was a real queen once!!
and she had this very best friend
twilight
not twilight sparkle
but then twilight betrays her!
and majesty is the one punished, unjustly
she flees to equestria and vows to enact justice
shes just too angry to see what she's really doing is trying to commit vengeance
and moondancer agrees to help majesty as soon as they return to their timeline
majesty goes to get the crystal heart- because finding the map under all of these rocks is gonna be hard
but right before they go sombra steps in and is like
"yo bro you said you'd get me those wings man!!"
and moondancer is like
"dude look at yourself you cant be a princess like that!!"
and flurry heart agrees and is all
"she's right brah i wouldnt make you a princess we're still not cool"
so flurry urges moondancer to hurry up and use the time spell while she holds sombra back
"Go fix Equestria, Moondancer, I believe in you."
and woosh
what was probably six-ish months is reduced to six minutes or something as they come back to moondancer's yggdrasil
and then they sing a song about friendship or something
and majesty becomes the (second) seventh ranger!!!
twilight is actually the second-most powerful unicorn in generation 1
which is why shes the one to betray majesty
shes the only other pony whos powerful enough to do it :U
so now majesty's learning about friendship while also making plans to lay siege on twilight's kingdom
timeskip to some time in the future
Queen Twilight is drinking tea in her throne room WHEN SUDDENLY
MAJESTY BLASTS OPEN THE DOORS
"SURPRISE BEETCH I BET YOU THOUGHT YOU'VE SEEN THE LAST OF ME"
plus moondancer and co
"I'M ABOUT TO TEACH YOU THE MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP"
And thats Majesty's thing in the Dancerverse, couldnt have diverted further from the cannon on this one, could I?

Uh, so where is her son, Prince Lucky The Stallion? And the good aligned witches (like the Weather Witch) who were Majesty's friends?

I've always imagined Lucky to be in Sunburst's place in the Dancerverse, but not as like a childhood friend/love interest though, that's super creepy in this context! He'd definitely still be her son, somehow.

I am literally in love with the description. There's so much story in it and while your style of telling is a bit unconventional, I LOVED it because that's exactly how I plan stories! And all the events and such were MUCH more interesting than canon. I honestly wished they'd gone this route instead. It would have been a much better finale that just hopping through alternate timelines where shit went bad.
Also, Majesty's design is SO nice. So good job on that front~

yeah it doesn't but it does give fans more ideas to work with, like you, for example! You could really go in depth with this idea and work it out how you see it. I think Starlight is going to have to deal with a war soon anyways, since I have a feeling Crysalis is going to be back with another army for "revenge". There was also a sneak peek at an animatic for season 8 by the mlp animators showing Crysalis, so I'm hoping she makes a big dramatic comeback.
