"Why are all these weird humans staring at me?"

Confession time! I actually regret making Gaia Rarity, she's just so darn pretty, too pretty! She set the bar so high that I'm afraid I won't be able to make something satisfying. The only reason Flutters here has white streaks in her hair is because Gaia Rarity does! She won't look as pretty without them! Aaaargh!

Now onto Gaia Fluttershy herself. I know I talked about the possibility of her having a willow tree motif, but when I tried it it just didn't look right to me. Green into more green is bleh. I ditched most of the plant stuff and just went for butterflies. I've googled "Prettiest Butterfly" like, eight times now. I'm probably reeeaallly stretching what makes the Gaia-transformation itself, but I think it works?

Her main wings and hair-color are based off this here butterfly:

But I wouldn't imagine any other winged hoomun getting insect wings like her. If Rainbow Dash became a nature demon, she'd probably have solid birdy wings or something.
PSsst! When I first saw Gaia Everfree I thought her skin had turned completely brown, like a tree's bark. Way-back-when I thought that's what happened, instead she just turned a weird shade of purple. I just apply this to Gaia Rarity and Fluttershy because it's simple.

Hey, now that I think of it, becoming Gaia-fied is basically Dark Sophix. Surely some Winx-Club watchers will get that.

Now, one might think that my recent lack of EQG art was all due to me spending time on making this, that's wrong. I made this in a day. I'm just lazy.

Some things in her original design just didn't sit well with me, so as fate dictates, I went and updated her with things I think make her look prettier. Those things are:

-replacing where her "leaves" would be, with sparkly, transparent butterfly wings
-gave her a necklace, which she totally had in the first place, and a reference for said necklace
-made her eyes brighter
-darkened her eyeshadow(?)
-turned her eyebrows blue
-shrunk her frown
-readjusted her wooden laurel thing
