I don't think the Canterlot High gym uniform has ever once been mandatory, but just this once let's pretend it is. It looks good on Ori.

Ori, in particular, is pretty focused on the game! Whatever he does that may or may not attract some extra attention, it's always unintentional. It's not his fault the light likes to fall on him flatteringly, or that the gym uniforms have shrunk since he's last worn them! To him, he's just wiping away some sweat, why's his opponent so stunned? His teammates are quick to capitalize on the opening, at least.
