Now like a lot of people, I like a good round of ribs for dinner. I don't do it often, usually only when its on sale, and the way I prepare them takes time. I like the cook my ribs in a crock pot with some diced onions and barbecue sauce. The downside of this is that it takes a while to cook. And by a while, I mean it takes eight hours, so I need to plan ahead. But on the upside, you get ribs with meat so tender that it literally falls off the bone.Related content
