Presenting the new and improved Marie Hollows! Her old design was ugly, so I finally got around to changing her up. A lot.
And yes, I got lazy on the back view. Oh well.

Hero Name: The Knight

Name: Marie Hollows

Age: 23

Gender: Female

Personality: Marie is very sarcastic, and tries to act like everyone's big sister. She likes to cheer people up and will often act much more mature than she really is. Smoking and drinking are her favorite activities. She doesn't really care about her health, and likes to live in the moment.

Power: Diamond Manipulation. She is able to grow diamonds off her skin, and mold them into forms such as a sword. Essentially these diamonds are a part of her so if cut off Marie does feel pain. In addition, they turn to dust when separated from her. Because the forming of the mineral does take a lot of energy she eats double what a normal person typically consumes in a day.

Height/Weight: 5'9'', 120 lbs

Family: Mother (56), Son (4).

Suit: Her mask has been specially designed to help filter the air and make breathing easier, since she does has lung issues due to excessive smoking. At times when Marie is exhausted, air will be pumped into her mask from the small backpack she wears.

History:
Marie was an only child who lived in the city. Her father was an accountant and her mother stayed at home, constantly smoking. At age 9, Marie discovered her next powers. However she had little use of them. So for a majority of her life, Marie never used her NEXT powers. When she was 15 her father admitted to cheating with a coworker and kicked them out of the house so he could start a life with a new family. Marie and her mother ended up living in an awful apartment, and Marie had to drop out of high school to work.

At age 19 Marie had become pregnant. Her boyfriend cut ties with her after hearing the news. She became depressed after this, and ended up getting a broken heart tattoo on her neck to symbolize her sorrow. After all, Marie had a childish and immature dream that they would be together forever. On a rather warm winter day, Thomas Hollows was born. He was a new light in her life that helped her get back on track after breaking up. Despite gaining a new energy, Marie also made the decision to start smoking. Working two jobs to support her small family caused her a lot of stress. Following in the footsteps of her mother, she decided that a good way to relieve that stress was to smoke.

Marie got a lucky break a few weeks after her 21st birthday. She managed to get an interview with a company who was looking for a new hero. After 6 months of rigorous training, The Knight arrived on the scene. Now she and her mother live in a much nicer apartment, and her mother is getting treatment for her bad lungs due to years of smoking. Marie on the other hand doesn't plan on stopping. In fact she's also began drinking, but not to the point where she gets horribly drunk. This is basically where we are now.
