I know what you mean, once in a while I draw a scaly beast or a chainmail (which regularly drives me nuts), but it is fun...

The lizard-like creature creeps the hell out of me...a bit nightmarish. *shivers*
It's got an alien like face and something about how it's sitting on top of that rock just waiting to do something is scary, maybe it will suck out the dragons soul or bodily fluids...quite unnerving, at first glance I though it had no head, and that made it even creepier.

I have to say I prefer the dragon, it's colors are pleasing to the eye and it's nicely done indeed! I like your texture use!

Uh, I don't really know what it plan to do to the poor wingless dragon... I also imagined sometimes that it manage to get ride of the evil-creature somehow

I'm really glad you like it! The closen eye was difficult as hell to draw

the "closed" eye was difficult? heh, I would have thought the scales would be hardest, but you would have gotten used to doing scales.

yeah, doing scales in digital paint would be boring, I prefer sculpting them in clay now.
