Yeah, probably! That was the first thing I thought of.

My geometry teacher taught us how to make a crane with flapping wings. It's a slightly different design. You pull on the tail, and the wings flap. The difference is that you puffed out the body. We left it flat.

You're most welcome. Word to the wise, though, it's a bit obvious that Canon would just luhhhhhhv to have users of their website go through oodles of ink. Choose your papers carefully. If you don't like the crane pattern all that much, there are several designs that are far less color-heavy.

Oh gosh, it was quite a while ago so I can't remember exactly. But if I had to guess, it might have been 1.5cm by 1.5cm.
