TA-DAMM! The War Chief. Because old-school villains are the best, especially with lovely goatee beards, ridiculoussideburns and devilish moustaches. He was GORGEOUS! Plus - never enough of bad chaps from Gallifrey.
Main enemy from "The War Games", great episode... or, should I say, episodes. One of my favorites from entire show. I think the only story that lasts 10 episodes and still was entertaing and kept the tension.
They really SHOULD bring back Time Lords. I mean- really bring them back not as it was in "The End Of Time",where
the most powerful spiecies in the Universe were destroyed [again...]by their disgraceful childern. That loneliness and misery of The Doctor
is getting boring...
The War Chief and Doctor Who belongs to BBC.

Yes he was cool. Some people wanted to say he WAS the Master. I disagreed, but he was cool.
We need him back, we need the Meddling Monk back, we need the Rani back; heck, we need em ALL back.

Ah War Chief...Is it bad that I have always wanted to Call him War Chef and stick him in one of those goofy hats for the heck of it...and because it would really annoy him...
But, any who, I loved War Chief, and we really do at least need more of the Renegade Time Lords again. We could do with out those annoying rule pushers on the counsel, but the Renegades would be nice. I mean if The Doctor and The Master survived Why couldn't The Monk or The Rani? Really just all of the Deca (well except you know the dead ones...So er I guess that leaves Drax...).

YES. I carried SUCH a torch for this man in my younger days, and for a little while I wanted the Doctor's nemesis to be him rather than the Master. Nobody remembers the War Chief anymore. ;__; You've done him mad justice.

Well, you've certainly done the War Chief justice - I think he probably gets eclipsed by the Master, which is a shame, because they're not as alike as they look.
The Master is much more competant for a start...there's something rather endearing about how flustered the War Chief gets when it all goes wrong...
