Well, since recently I finally got Photoshop running again (thank you =deity-of-destruction ), I've decided to practice on my digital coloring. I'm going to work on the rest of them later. I hope the transparency things works.
Ignore any flaws, since the original drawing was actually made almost a year ago. I've slightly improved since then. But suggestions on the shading would be nice, as well as any Photoshop tips to help me improve.

If Scourge had a voice actor, I think it should be Chris Sabat. Or maybe Scott McNeil.

OHGOD.
When I saw this my jaw dropped. Not cuz its Scourge (dunevenlikehimanymore) but because of how AMAZING this looks. I envy your lineart -- its so smooth and consistant compared to mine 
The colouring is just absolutely fabulous. I mean, WOW. Its neat, just like the lineart, and its not exaggerated. What I would suggest about the shading:
Add some more shading to the face, especially his cheek. It looks awkward unshaded.
The jacket could also use a bit more shading. It looks too flat as is. Try shading the back and inside bits, as well as the buckles. Also his other visible fingers.
But other than that, this is amazing.
