Description The Doomsday Clock is a symbolic clockface maintained since 1947.
It uses the analogy of the human race being at a time that is "minutes to midnight" where midnight represents "catastrophic destruction".
and this picture is suppose to show that.
world at its last few hr

its also the title of a linkin park ablum.

my 2nd try at climate-changing effects.
tried to do my own waves for the first time or some sort. (more to come i hope)
quite happy how it turn out despite some difference overall (much rooms to improve)

Such a dramatic image and a great photomanipulation. Personally, I think the water works fine from this view point

Cool manipulation which seems realistic, unlike the majority of manipulations I have seen. Seems like you have put an effort in this one also. Nice effects on the water, the lightning... I like the birds in the background. The only thing I object against is the text, I would have liked the picture more without it. Keep up the good work

I really love the dark feel to this piece. All the dark contrasting pieces work really well together, creating a really dramatic image.
Some of the water at the bottom is a little close to the view point, but I dont think it really effects the image.
Great work.

Very dramatic image. Funny how things change; 30 years ago this would have been a mushroom-cloud over London as that was how we thought it would all end. The message is still the same though: change or pay the consequences.

Nice manip. I like the semi-transparent water over the clock faces.

Fantastic use of stock here, i really like the outcome. The colors in the sky and water, the attention you paid to light, the birds, the lighting. It really seems like you're looking at the end of the world here!

The thing that bugs me the most though, is that water going against the Big Ben. It would seem that the water is crashing against something that is close to us (the viewer). But the Big Ben is an object far from the viewer.

So water that was crashing from a point of view far away from us would have maybe worked a bit better.

Or maybe that's just the impression i have, cause in the end it's not like i've ever seen water crashing the Big Ben

Also, that water lacks the definition that the Big Bang and the sky have... But that would mean changing the whole water.

So maybe for next time remember to use images that have a similar resolution

Otherwise, this is one of the best photomanips i've seen on this site! Keep it up, you're very talented!
