I got confirmation from Capcom that this is a pic of an inflatable, and the Universal Studios of Japan never scheduled a surprise showing of any other sculptures, so the event posters advertizing the Real Monster Hunter event were complete coincidence.Related content

I think it's pretty easy to tell just by looking at it that it's an inflatable. Besides, the "Real Monster Hunter" los is supposed to be Silver.
