Heya! A new artwork!This time around I wanted to go with something more ambient. So, it had to be something with light I thought to myself.
I really went experimental with this one since I never really used lighting, especially not to this scale and not in this enveloping manner.
Usually I just make the shadows and leave it at that.
To be honest, it kinda was a "meh" for me. But this was a first, so I think this was to be expected...
I didn't want to put too much effort into character design, so I chose something rather trope-y and went along with the whole "hime-dere"-archetype, just because I find it so lovely! (the haircut is just perfect!!)
I already have some points in which I want to improve and this work was definitely *enlightening*! Yeah, I'll show myself out...
(Hair highlights are definitely one of my bigger problems ; - ; )
I also added text in an attempt to make it more cinematic-like! No idea if it sells the point though .-.
