Happy Halloween!!I have nothing for Halloween but I coincidentally finished this Chandelure guy I couple days ago so I save it to post today so it can work as a "Halloween special", hope you like it
So in my twitter I created this dynimic where I asked to my followers to give me a Pokemon and two photos, one of an outfit and another one of a pair of undies and I would design an anthro version of that pokemon and overall a character out of those elements
