Psalm 30: 11-1211 You turned my wailing into dancing;
you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy

Harmony can be created between God and anyone.
Most importantly, this is picture was created to show my appreciation of God's unconditional love and awesome power, but was drawn under the request of .
ikartiko and I had done a few collabs together, and every time it seemed like he did most of the work; my side of the piece looked small and flimsy while his side looked like a lot of time and effort was put into it.
I wanted to draw something for him to show my...gratitude, I suppose, for putting up with such an amateur.
I asked him what he wanted me to draw, and he suggested that I used some of this favorite bible verses to follow and build off of.
"This way you'll be sharing the good new to all and above all, honouring the Lord!"

ikartiko, if you're reading this, I'm sorry for taking so long! You probably totally forgot all about this!

Work in PhD has been so busy, I have tons of sketches to be finalised too, but no time to do them yet... I seldom check into DA nowadays... until now... Don't need to apologise, I know that good food takes time to prepare ^_^

About our collab, its not true to say that I did all the hard-work, you provided with the sketch as well as cleaning them up. That's a lot of work~! It's been pleasant working with you.
In truth, only He alone is able to turn my mourning (failures, sins, etc) into dancing (finding comfort in God alone for forgiveness of sins), and He clothed me with Joy (that is in Christ alone) and that my heart will not be silent but giving thanks, glory, honour, etc, unto Him and Him alone.
Faved~! Now, I'm still curious.... how did you do it???

Like you said I used watercolor; not too many layers though. As for the music notes and such, I found some old sheet music that I had and ripped them to stips and pasted them onto the paper...That was done before the painting, obviously.
The designs were done with brushpens...yep...I think that's it.
