I saw once a similar one of Vegeta. Sometimes you doubt about the effective shape of head of manga characters.

it's just for fun actually
if we talk about the design wise, of course manga stylisation on heads are pretty absurd, moreover if we try to keep the head to stay true on manga style but adds volume to the shadings on other body parts, the face looks flat like a cardboard, however the stylisation is quite popular yet easier to draw, double wins on that
