Description
My 5th witch piece in the illustration series so far, Peppermint Witch. :] I thought a little bit about the piece I wanted to finish off the year with and I decided I wanted to paint a girl a little bit broken, but unafraid to show her scars~ Overall this was a technically challenging piece (learning to paint plastic is so hard oh man), but a lot of fun to do. This is so well done. I love the muted colors. They're unexpected considering the usual levels of brightness when it comes to peppermints. Her cracks and breaks are a nice touch "a little bit broken" I love that. The hat and skirt wrapper is such a subtle touch!

Ooh~ i quite enjoy the contrast of flat and 3d elements in this piece. Its really neat and fun. The cracks in her body are a really interesting touch as well. Great work
