oh I know that tower! well...i've never seen it but I did hear of it wasn't in the news last summer 'cause the lake was nearly dry?

Beautiful shot. It's quite bizarre, that the lone tower is in the lake. Why is it there? I'd love to know some history behind this scene

Absolutely stunning. The lone tower stands on its own in the lake as if to signify strength and fortitude, its reflection glistening in the crystal-clarity of the still waters. The sun's rays to the left give the image a warmth amidst the dark shadowing of the majority of it and the composition, position of objects within the scene stand out well. This gives emphasis to the far away Alps towards the centre of the frame.
