I made this for a forum play-by-post RP that essentially gave birth to Voka's character. I guess in this image he is exploring some Halo 2 style Forerunner ruins.

He has changed a bit since that RP though, both backstory wise and appearance wise, however this depicts him in his earlier days when he served as an adjutant in the Ministry of Tranquillity, assisting his San-Shyuum Minister in recovering and cataloguing Forerunner relics and sometimes delving into their secrets. This work can do one of two things to a person in the Covenant though: It can either enhance their faith as they marvel at the seemingly mystical technological prowess of the Forerunner, or it can make them resent the Covenant as they reflect how these artefacts represent all the potential that the Covenant sacrifices in its ignorance, its dogma and its institutional racism. For Voka this was too much to bear, and so he found his days of service to the Covenant numbered.
