I don't think so after the costume contest, but Eliot's 2nd outfit looks slightly similar! xD
It was just a hooded jacket (red- they made his grey) with a T-shirt underneath. The baggy pants fit and they were black (mine were blue) but instead of construction boots, they gave Eliot red boots.

I will miss a little his more innocent face and less built body; but I won't complain over his new look either

I hope so. I don't want him to be completely manly in this game. Junko-san can make a pretty badass voice for a teenage boy, just like Ryouma Ichizen. But I admit that Team Ninja does make him a bit buffer and muscular now.
Btw, I still don't like his English voice. His VA is so not experienced enough to voice a British/English character.
