I started College a week ago.
No. 1 rule of College: They won't babysit you. Do your work, or get your grades dropped. That's about it. They will help if you reach out and seriously need it, BUT YOU have to act FIRST.
College is all about getting to learn how to be independent, so you better be ready to make many, many decisions for yourself if you enter a university.
And, even if you don't, real life requires Independence.
So learn while you have the chance, although it sucks, it'll be worth it.
