Finally! one of my original drawings! heh.i've been doing a whole lot of fanart these days, it's about time i'm submitting my original piece.
i started drawing this waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back and finally finished.
in recent chapters of Naruto, i discovered that there was a character who grows wood out of himself!
however! i started drawing this picture before i knew that. so technically, it was my idea when i started it.
... ... whatever. anyway. this is just a really random picture. asian kid with angel wings, spear stuck on him, wood coming out of him, blood gushing... totally random.
again, done in school on my dear notebook.
i have a vocab quiz later today. i better go study for it.

PS. our school's having a talent show today! and alot of my friends are gonna make a fool out of themselves. ha. this should be interesting.

I'm not sure which character you're referring to.
If the character grows anything out of him, the first thought that came to me was Kimimaro. It isn't wood, it's bone. He's a bone manipulator--the Naruto character. Sooo..Yes, your idea is original.

Awesome concept. I wish this was colored so the branches look more tree-like. Yet i bet the blood will spoil him from becoming tree-looking.

Well well well... I'm not the kind of person that likes so much fanart (but i do it a little my self.. heh..). Anyways.. You're style is interesting. You have talent and you use style what I like to call "the second level of copying". I mean by that that you have figured out the artstyle that some other artist is useing and you use it like the picture would be he's.
Great. It's a very hard skill to learn. Thou it's always better to use your own style of art.
