I was a little upset when i found out who future luke was. But the ending was happy. (I don't know if you have played it yet, so i don't want to spoil it!)

I've played it, but how on earth is that HAPPY?! That was probably the saddest ending of anything ever! What with Claire dying again and Luke leaving? I had friends who were sobbing for at least a half hour afterwards!

When i said happy, i ment clive learned his lesson, and even though luke left, he got the letter and the end credits said to be continued. Claire dying just about killed me. and that was NOT happy. sorry you misunderstood me. ^^' The game was still very good though, i enjoyed it.

Well, with Clive for instance. He knew his mistakes and accepted that he needed to pay for them. There was hope left in him. With Luke it was the "It's only so long; not goodbye" aspect of it, where yes, they're apart but there's a hope that they'll be back together some day.
Mulling it over, the big theme of the game was that love and friendship can transcend distance and time. A very hopeful theme, in my mind.
