Ok, if you haven't read up to like...ch 240 something, then don't look at this pic. And don't read my post either. Just warning you.

Anywho, in the Kakashi Gaiden chapters, you find out about Kakashi's old team under the Yondaime. You also find out that his dad was a famous ninja called The White Fang of Konohagakure. His dad had been on a high ranked mission that, in the end, went to Hell. He had been faced with a choice, to let his comrades die and continue on alone, or, forfeit the mission and save them. He chose to save them. But....he was ridiculed for it. Even his comrades hated him for it. He blew a mission to save them and he was shunned for it. So, he couldn't take the pressure from that. I dunno how old Kakashi was at the time, but he was the one who found his dad. His dad had killed himself. Form that day on. Kakashi worked like hell to learn all the rules and to follow them to the T. and he'd not allow himself to care about anyone but the mission.

Anywho, this pic is my interpretation of how Kakashi must have felt at that time. Find his dad's body must have been devestating. And the he started to hate him. None of us really know the real reason why Kakashi started to wear a mask, but a lot of us believe that he started to wear it to keep himself and others, from seeing the face that would look liek his father's. It's no surprise that he'd look like his dad when all of the other Naruto guys look theirs. and that's what's being shown here. I can see Kakashi striking the mirrors and then pulling on a mask. He'd be that angry and ashamed to be associated with the White Fang.

I like this pic. I like how his dad came out. I'm telling yu, it's hard to draw someone lying like that on the floor off the top of your head. Oo;; And I like how little Kakashi came out. Aww, I wanna hug him...*huggles* And, I've never drawn mirror shards, so, I dunno if they seem real enough(or as real as you can get in a cartoon drawing).
