Meet Stanislav Braginski, the personification of the former Far Eastern Republic. Originally as a historical administrative division of Russia called as Primorskaya Oblast, Stanislav was acted as a interpreter and Russia's representative to China, who was under the Qing's rule at the time. Unlike her brothers who was given more attention by Ukraine, Belarus and other countries, he is mostly be forgotten by everyone. Because of that, he is mostly argue with Ivan, claiming that he didn't giving much attention to him.

During the Russian Civil War, he fought bravely under the leadership of White Russian leader, Alexander Kolchak. He fought for him since he are not agree with his brother's political view at that time, since he saw the Bolshevik and their communist ideology are threaten the Russian conservative life and their religion. However after several defeat under the Bolshevik army, he didn't have any choice except to retreat to the East.

After the end of Russian Civil War, he realized that he need to do something since he realized the Kiku's dream to expand his territory into Russian Far East territory. With some discussion of several officers who remain loyal to White Russian Government, and support of his people, he declared himself as a independent nations, called Far Eastern Republic. (Although the member of Bolshevik against it, but Lenin and other party members think that this actions is necessary to prevent any war between Russia/Japan) since Far Eastern Republic was a buffer state between Russia, and Japan.) However due of betrayal of some White officers, who co-operate with Japan, Stanislav acted back by sending his army to Vladivostok and occupy it. After the war have ended, he was forced to be dissolved by Ivan.

Feeling betrayed by White military officers actions who allied with Kiku, he asked permission from Ivan to taking revenge for what he did to him He fought against Kiku and his army that was stationed in Manchuria during the Soviet-Japanese border war, and at the end of World War 2 he personally lead the attack against Kiku in a invasion on Manchuria. He tried to do it only to get Ivan and Katyusha that, he was a part of Soviet Union too.

However, after the dissolution of Soviet Union, now he lived alone in a city of Khabarovsk, trying not to get involved in politics anymore.

He like to listening Russian music and nature. Sometimes, he would spend his time alone at the forest, trying to relaxed himself. And his weakness is he will get drunk easily, through he like to pretend that he is not drunk.
