Sorry... first time downloading a stage. How DO you download one?

Once you download and unzip the folder, you should check to see if it's an .x file or a .pmd file. Most staged are .x files, but you sometimes find ones that are .pmd. If it's an .x file, there should be a tan/brown-ish tab at the bottom of the screen when you open MMD. It is your Accessory Manipulation tab. Click the load button and find your stage file. Open it, and it should load your stage.
Now, if the stage is a .pmd file, follow the same instructions, only using the red Model Manipulation tab.
