Thank you. I tend to think of it more as feeling strongly about adoptive families in general. The Bat family's adoptive ties to each other are really touching to me.

How do I search an image? Besides typing in the words that describe the picture. I don't have the image I used for the poster anymore and I can't find it on the webpage. (It wants me to sign up to look at more than a few pictures and I really don't want to.)The art style in some of the pictures looks similar enough for me to believe you, but I've had another person tell me it was from somewhere and sent me a link to somewhere where 1.I couldn't find this picture and 2. The art style of the person was very different from this picture so I wasn't sure if it really was the same person or if they were mistaken. (The page wasn't in English and wouldn't translate so that didn't help.) I did change the credit to the link they sent me for a while but so many other people told me it was from the comics that I changed it back. I just want to be sure and give credit where credit is due.

you use [link] which allows you to search the image itself. (press on the little camera icon next to the search button you can then choose Paste image URL or Upload an image.)
here is an example with this image. you just go thru the results until you find what looks like a source reference.[link]

I have no idea, but you can try to find comics with art that matches up with it and look up what the artist did. That's the best I've got.

Okay, THIS is the comment. Didn't see it before I got the notice. Next time could you please wait at least 24 hours before sending me a second message? I didn't have time to check and sending me a message for the same thing twice in less than one day is unnecessary and your insistence that I reply to you "this time" to make sure I cite it makes me not want to cite it because it makes me feel like you think I'm incompetent or a thief just because I don't check my messages every day. Didn't mean to unnecessarily nag at you, so I apologize for that much.

I don't think because you don't check your messages that makes you incompetent or a thief- the fact that you used the art without crediting the original artist makes me think you're incompetent or a thief :]

Just because you didn't like my wording doesn't mean you should let the original artist suffer though. I'll still be as harsh as I feel I need to in the future, and what you do is up to you.

So the respectful thing to do would've been to not use it, or try to find the artist. For future reference, if you want to use another piece of art and you don't know where it came from, you can go to google images, click the camera button inside the search bar, enter in the url of the picture you found, and the search results will give you a list of places it could've possible come from. :]

I'll leave you alone after this, since i'm sure you probably don't want to see me anymore, but the original artist actually has this picture up as private in her pixiv gallery, and probably doesn't want people to share it.
