So I NEVER EVER draw OCs. I don't like drawing them and I don't like doing anything with them. But I've been thinking about this OC for a couple months now and I decided to draw a character sheet for him.Β
His name is Javad Rajavi. He's one of Talon's doctors and he is going to be a support character. He has a past with Mercy and hates her to this day. So I'm trying to create his abilities to counter Mercy but to not be as good of a healer as Mercy yet still being a 'Big' healer. So that's why his abilities are taking me a while to perfect. I do want him to use throwing needles that has his own form of healing in them similar to Ana's bullets. His past with Mercy is that Javad has been training to become the best surgeon. He had heard about Angela and had set out to dethrone her as the best surgeon. But when he had found that she had created the healing serum he had set out to create a better form of healing--because he was not going to let Angela best him. No one was going to best him at anything.Β
