Description
My entry for Shonen Jump. I used copic markers for color and a slight highlight of white acrylic. I also used multiliner pens to outline.

Here in the picture is Naruto and Obito as ten tails. Its mainly inspired by chapter 640. In that chapter when Obito transformed into the ten tails, the scale-like shapes filled up the scene when they were coming off of Obito. So I drew my own version of that scene with other characters reflecting on the scales. Also, the jinchuuriki that are within Naruto and Obito (Kurama and ten tails) were also reflected on the scales.
At first, when I was planning the layouts of the drawing, I was going to make a huge action scene, but when observing the official digital covers, I noticed that most of them are close ups on the shonen characters. So that's why I didn't do a cool action scene, but I'm proud of what I have. Even if Masashi Kishimoto (my idol who shares my birthday XD) doesn't pick mine, I'm just glad that I did fan art. I've been dying to do some fan art for multiple animes, but just haven't. I was able to get this done, because their was a deadline that forced me to work on it. I did enjoy working on it. It was nice to draw Naruto again after drawing the younger version like a thousand times back in middle school.
