- With Points: Once I confirmed your claim you can send the points to my Donation Pool or via the "Give Points" option! ♡

- With Money: Once I confirmed your claim I will be sending you my Ko-fi Link, you have to state the Number of the Adopt(s) you are paying for and your DeviantArt username in the text box below the Dollar amount on Ko-fi (For example: "Payment for Adopt #3, my username is Otterlydreamin_AI"). If you want it to be Private just put a tick on "Private message". I will also be accepting Paypal separately if you do not like Ko-fi.

- This Adoptable is AI-created, nothing is human/hand drawn and by claiming it you acknowledge and accept this.
- AI Images will have errors/design flaws/etc. - If you are considering to buy Inspect the Image/Design carefully to make sure you are okay with the way it is and then make your decision. If you bought it you are free to edit or draw over it or ask someone to do it for you (I'm not gonna do any edits or drawing over the Images).
- I don't offer Refunds, you must be sure of wanting and purchasing the AI generated Design/Image. You can back out at any time before you sent the Payment but once you sent it it's done. I will be keeping prove to protect myself from chargebacks.
- Responses may take up to 24 Hours, please make sure I actually receive your messages (chat tends to be buggy sometimes).
- I don't send unwatermarked files until I received full payment.
- after full payment is done I will be sending you the unwatermarked files within 24 Hours unless I stated otherwise.
- This is a Digital Product, no physical Items. Nothing will be shipped to you - You will only receive a png or jpg file via e-mail, chat or note.
- Please state an e-mail address I can send the files to. If you don't state one I will either use the e-mail I got from your Ko-fi payment or if you used points you will receive a chat message or note. Can also send it through stash!!<3
- Please save your files. I'm not responsible for file loss and I wont keep them on my pc/stash forever.
- Buyer may do as they wish with the Design/Image they purchased however I'm distancing myself from any illegal, harmful or inmoral usage the buyer might do as this is out of my control.
- Only the Buyer may use the Design/Image.
- No credit to me required.
- If you didn't receive your files within 24 Hours after paying the full amount please contact me and I will be fixing that as soon as possible.
- I keep the right to reject any business with you for whatever reason (this will mostly be the case if your account is to new, entirely empty or shows any shady behavior).
- I do holds for max. 2 days unless you are a trusted costumer (which is the case if you made successful business with me atleast once in the past without causing trouble - transaction must be older than 30 Days to be seen trustworthy) then you can ask for longer holds.
- Forcing a chargeback will get you blocked and put on a public blacklist regardless of the chargeback being decided in your favor or mine.
- If you force a chargeback and it ends in your favor and therefore taking away the payment I will either re-open the design for adoption or make it free to use for everyone to do as they wish. If the chargeback ends in my favor the Design/Image stays yours but I wont knowingly do any future business with you.
- The AI I used for this Adoptable is called "Midjourney"
