Inscrutability Theory is a rapidly growing field of intellectual enquiry. It's a complex subject, yet the core belief is very simple: Nobody Understands Anything. NUA for short. Leading theorists are divided as to the most significant implications of NUA. Some have noted that universal ignorance may be accompanied by a deep sense of insecurity, causing people to convince themselves that they really do understand. They form themselves into groups in which everyone has the same beliefs. Then they spend their time patting each other on the back and congratulating themselves on how clever they are. This may have psychological benefit, but does not disguise the fact that they are completely full of excrement.
