This is my version of Oswald Cobblepot, AKA The Penguin.

Brief Backstory: Oswald Cobblepot is old Gotham City blood, though not as blue as he’d like. A businessman beginning to enter the political stage of Gotham, Oswald has painted himself as the people’s man, speaking for the downtrodden of Gotham. Cobblepot has pledged to wage war on street violence, using his amputated right arm as a battle scar attained during a childhood in a violent neighborhood. However, what hides between his Napoleonic jacket (and complex) is not a lost arm, but instead a deformed one, due to a birth defect that Cobblepot would rather hide. And that arm isn’t the only thing Oswald is hiding...
