These body shaped pieces are cool. Do you use something to guide the shape as you are building it like a sort of mold or base to shape it. Or is it just a case of welding a piece on and hoping it all turns out round and symmetrical in the end?

I start with thin shell molds taken off the live model.
I've engineered a process to strengthen and rebuild them to accommodate the heat of welding and the weight of steel. Sooner or later I'll commit this process to video or DVD...

Sounds good I figured it should have some sort of a mold. You seem to be pretty ingenious and have developed lots of new things to suit your purposes. That is a really good thing. Cool..
